Friday Manila morning, and I had a pretty cold but a good night's sleep. Did a few minutes of stretching then went to check my pc. My mother as usual the early bird, does her early morning rituals and tuned in on the early morning tv program at channel 2.
I went out to check on the morning tabloid if there was one at our gate, lucky me there was one, I scanned through the pages. Nothing new but the same old stuff, politics, killings, same old boring gossips arount the local movie and television scene. I dont really care much about the gossips entertainment scene here has been the same old stuff, remakes from old movies or local versions of foreign stuffs.. not very amusing for me.. well thats me again talking, some of you or most may not agree. Last on the tabloid's page was the sports news which is what I always take notice at, well local basketball scene.. i dont care much about today but still good as what I heard. Then nothing more of interest to me.
I went back in to browse the web, then heard a shocking news from the tv program, they reported Michael Jackson was believed to have died of cardiac arrest. Woah! This might be the hot news today. The reports were brief and lacked much detail. Still is a shocking news. As a child I used to be fascinated by the dude but since he got charged with child molestation the fascination faded little by little. Still he made part of history and contributed to all of out lives. As I am writting now, a friend of mine also told me that Farah Fawcett is also dead. I really dont know anything about her but she too is a famous in Hollywood.
This is a day of great loss for Hollywood both characters were pretty distunguished and much talked about personalities, its never a pleasant thing to hear about people dying but this is how life goes, when its your time to go, you have to for it is your destiny.
